This leadership development program, created for a Bancolombia, was designed to teach employees about innovative leadership through the lens of Charles Darwin’s work. Drawing inspiration from his observations in nature and his groundbreaking discoveries, the program encouraged participants to embrace curiosity, adaptability, and continuous learning.
